Meet Bonnie

Bonnie Vaneck

Director of Operations

Bonnie obtained her Bachelors of Arts degree in Business/Human Resource Management at Utah State University, and returned to her hometown of San Antonio to work for the Tri-Starr Group. Bringing her previous work experiences and education to the company, she is committed to find the highest quality of employee for all of our Tri-Starr clients. Bonnie obtained her Certified Staffing Professional certification in 2014. In October 2014, Bonnie was promoted to Branch Operations Manager of Tri-Starr Personnel and has been responsible for the entire recruitment process, setting measurements for performance and efficiencies, while fostering quality across every aspect of the sourcing, recruiting and placement lifecycle.  Now, as Assistant Director of Operations,  she is additionally responsible for providing strategic direction and progressive leadership for the operations teams.

Bonnie loves all activities that involve friends and traveling with her family.  In 2017 we celebrated Bonnie’s 6 year anniversary with the Tri-Starr Group.
